Multiple Listing Service Agreement

For a one time fee of $295 your property will be placed on our local area Multiple Listing Service and by using this option your property will be listed on the related public websites; Realtor.com and ColoProperty.com as well as many others...

By having your property in the MLS, you agree to pay up to a 3% commission if the buyer is using a real estate agent.

Seller agrees to have their name and number displayed on the MLS as the showing contact person.

Seller agrees to allow additional information to be used to meet the MLS listing requirements, for example, area, subdivision, legal address (lot and block). A licensed real estate agent will contact you regarding the listing contract for this option.

You must be listed on FrontRangeByOwner.com to take advantage of this offer.  The FrontRangeByOwner.com listing fee is $195. With the MLS option your total will be $490 until your property is sold.
