A. If you list and pay online, your listing will be active immediately. If you choose to pay by check and mail your listing information to us, your listing will be active upon receipt of payment.
Q. Will my listing appear on the local MLS?
A. You have the option of listing on MLS through FrontRangeByOwner.com for an additional fee. Go to MLS Agreementfor more details about our Flat Fee MLS option.
Q. Can I make changes to my listing once it is posted on the site?
A. Yes. You have the ability to make real time changes and updates to your listing 24/7. You may make changes as often as you need. You may change photos, change descriptions and advertise upcoming open houses. Simply use the Seller Login and follow the instructions.
Q. Why do I need a sign?
A. A For Sale sign gets a buyer’s attention. More than 70% of all property sales occur as a result of a buyer seeing a For Sale sign. Our signs are attractive and very easy to read from a distance. Q. Who owns the sign?
A. Yard signs remain the property of FrontRangeByOwner.com. While on your property, you are responsible for damage or loss to the sign. We will replace a lost or damaged sign for a replacement cost of $75.00. Once you have your property under contract and know the closing date, let us know and we’ll schedule to have the sign picked up on the day of your closing.
Q. What’s the best way to figure out my listing price?
A. There are several ways to go about finding how much your house is worth. To find out what is currently on the market you can go to Reator.com, by putting in your address you can find out what homes in your area have recently sold for. A. Getting your home ready to sell may involve a lot of preparation, de-cluttering, painting and repairs, to name a few. You may even want to have a pre-inspection done so you know what needs fixing and what may be a problem area. Q. What is disclosure?
A. Disclosure is very important in selling your house. You should fill out a Seller’s Property Disclosure form and have your attorney review it. Have it handy when you’re ready to start showing prospective buyers your home. As a seller, you are required by law to disclose any defects that you know of in your home prior to selling it. Q. A buyer wants to see my home, what should I do?
A. First get their name and a number you can reach them at if you’re unable to meet the showing scheduled, this will also hold them accountable to make the showing. Always ask the buyer if they have been pre-approved by a mortgage lender for an amount at or near your asking price, otherwise it could be a waste of your time. Q. How do I get a home warranty?

Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. No. All of our costs are incurred upfront, so we are unable to offer refunds. Only, if we haven't installed the sign yet and you decide not to list with frontrangebyowner.com, will we offer a refund.
